1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and ak report ("the Platform," "we," "us") in connection with your use of the website at akreport.pro and all associated services, games, betting markets and promotional offers. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method.

By registering an account, logging in or placing any bet or wager on ak report, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility

To use ak report you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ak report is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended ak report account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an ak report employee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ak report reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Where a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided and any remaining balance will be returned after deducting any winnings generated while underage.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only on ak report. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Keep them secure and do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• ak report is not responsible for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials.
• You must update your account details promptly if your contact information or payment details change.

Account verification — Know Your Customer (KYC) — may be required before withdrawals are processed. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and confirmation of your payment method. The platform reserves the right to pause withdrawals pending completion of verification.

4 Deposits

All deposits on ak report are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• ak report does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ak report reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where a transaction appears unusual.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ak report are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer to a Pakistani bank account held in your name.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed KYC, your withdrawal request will be held until verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. ak report does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• ak report reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your ak report account balance and you will be notified of the reason. You may resubmit the request once the stated issue has been resolved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ak report offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term will take precedence for that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates are stated clearly on each promotional offer page.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• ak report reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on ak report, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature on the relevant market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type, as displayed on the betting page.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ak report reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance in PKR promptly after the relevant event is settled.
• ak report reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a system error.
• Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. Bets accepted on live markets are binding once confirmed, even if the odds have changed between placement and confirmation.

8 Casino & Live Casino

All casino and live casino games available on ak report — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and game shows — are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating under standard card game and roulette procedures.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is complete. Disputes about individual round outcomes must be submitted to support within 7 days of the round in question.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — disconnection, server error or game crash — the round will be resolved in accordance with the game supplier's rules. ak report will use game logs to determine the correct outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per round are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot slots may have specific eligibility requirements — for example, a minimum bet per spin to qualify for the jackpot. These are stated within the individual game.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak report. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not permitted by these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or ak report support staff.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ak report reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion that the Terms have been breached.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's inactive account policy.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The platform is required to do so by applicable law or in response to a court order.

Where an account is closed by ak report due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team. Accounts cannot be self-deleted from within the platform interface — the request must go through support to ensure the balance is correctly returned.

11 Privacy & Data

ak report collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Privacy Policy page. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support.
• ak report does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with third-party game providers and payment processors is limited to what is necessary to operate those services.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you. Contact support to make a data access request.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Gaming on ak report is for adults aged 18 and above only.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak report's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ak report is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ak report does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
• ak report is not responsible for losses arising from network outages, device failures or other circumstances outside the platform's direct control.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ak report reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, the platform may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of your balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ak report recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification about a change, or at least once every 30 days.
